In 2026 Charlotte won an Eagle award for Best Performance in a Pantomime for her role as Malicious in Humpty Dumpty. Although she loves the spotlight, she also has a real passion for nurturing the next generation, with a strong belief that local drama has made her the person she is today.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Siobhan O\u2019Shea<\/h3>\n<p>SECRETARY: <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Carl Roberts<\/h3>\n<p>TREASURER<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Katie K-W<\/h3>\n<p>SAFEGUARDING LEAD:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Jane-Calverley.jpeg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Jane Calverley<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span>\u00a0Jane joined us in 2017 and comes from a family with a long theatrical tradition. She is in charge of our props and is to be found backstage at most of our productions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Picture5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Katherine Sheldrake<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Katherine\u2019s first production with Chellaston Players was \u2018Mother Goose\u2019 in 2007. She took a few years off for school and university, where she performed in \u2018Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat\u2019. In 2015 she re-joined the Players and has taken part in plays and pantos ever since.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Picture2.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Mick Gaunt<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span>Mick joined us in 1978 and has appeared in numerous plays since. Mick wrote the pantomime Aladdin in 1984 and we have continued to perform a pantomime annually since; many of his pantomimes have been published. He has also directed numerous plays and adapted productions such as Watership Down and two versions of Vicar of Dibley. He is a past Chairman and very active committee member. He has a BA in Theatre for which he studied after his retirement.
